How to book a seat
From opening the link to seeing your seat confirmed. About a minute in total.
Create your account once
Use a personal email — Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail/Outlook, iCloud, Proton and similar. Work and university inboxes are not accepted. Add your mobile number so Dr Allam can reach you if a lesson moves.
One account per person. The same browser cannot create endless accounts to reserve several seats.
Wait for the window, then pick a time
Each time has its own opening moment, set in Egypt local time. Until then the button reads “Not open yet” and counts down. When it opens, press Book seat.
The countdown uses the server's clock, so changing your phone's time changes nothing.
You either get the seat, or a straight answer
If a seat is free, it is yours and you see the date and time to be there. If the last seat went to someone else a moment before, you are told plainly and the remaining seats update on the spot — pick another time.
You are never added to a full time and you are never double-booked.
Check “My lessons” any time
Every seat you hold is listed there with its date, time and seat number. If you cannot attend, cancel it so the seat returns to the pool for someone else.
Common questions
What time zone are the opening times in?
Always Egypt local time (Africa/Cairo). The schedule follows Egypt's daylight-saving changes automatically, so an 8 PM window stays 8 PM in summer and winter.
Why was my email rejected?
Only personal mailboxes are accepted, to keep the list free of throwaway accounts. Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail/Outlook, iCloud, AOL, Proton and similar all work. Company and university domains do not.
I pressed “Book seat” and the time was already full.
Someone took the last seat first. Nothing was reserved for you and you were not charged a seat. The list refreshes immediately, so choose any time that still shows seats.
Can I take two times on the same day?
Not for the same course, unless Dr Allam enabled it for that course. The server enforces this, so you will be told before you hold two seats.
I forgot my password.
Ask Dr Allam to reset it for you. Password resets are handled directly so nobody else can take over your account.
